Frequently Asked Questions
Is this an AI test I need to study for?
No! The test isn't about passing or failing in the traditional sense. It measures human behavioral patterns. Just be yourself and answer honestly — that's all you need to do.
What data do you collect?
We measure typing speed and variance, mouse movement patterns, and answer content. We don't collect personal information like your name, email, or IP address. The test is anonymous.
What if I'm a slow typer?
That's perfectly fine! The test looks for natural variance in typing patterns, not typing speed. As long as you type between 20-120 WPM with some natural variation, you'll pass this portion.
What if English isn't my first language?
That's okay! The test is designed for humans from any background. The social reasoning and tone questions allow for multiple valid interpretations.
I have accessibility needs. Can I still take the test?
Yes. If you need accommodations, contact the employer directly. The test is designed to be inclusive of different human experiences and abilities.
